  Terrible place, the staff are friendly and great sales men. They talk about there custom insole machine, and adjust the angle of your boot when boot fitting. If you come in looking like a novice you are out of luck. The boot angle is only used by top ski racers and the average skier would not notice, plus it is much better to use a wedge in the binding the inbuilt adjustment in the boot is ineffective. It is all showmanship, they couldn't care less whether You are happy with your great or not. Lastly they are not willing to negotiate a price. When buying 3 full packages, each over 1,500! USD they would not cut a deal of even 10% off. Don't bother with them. I left and got better gear and a much better deal somewhere else. (More than 10% off)
