  After our dr called in a prescription for our son who has mono. My wife called in and waited on hold for 45 min to see when it would be ready. Gave up and decided to drive down to see if she could wait for it. Waited in line for 20 min (with only one person in front of her) got up to thr counter and the clerk rudely told her it wouldn't be done for hours... not until like 4:30 (my wife was there at 10:30am)!!! Because of my sons tonsils being so swollen, hard to breath, hurt to talk we didnt want him to have to wait any longer than needed. So i went in at 12:30 explained to the clerk how sick my son was and she said she would get it filled. I told her I'd walk around for 30 min if that was enough time to wait and she said yes. I came back 30 min later and she hadn't even put it in the system!! Odly enough a lady who was inline infront of me handed the clerk her prescription and hers was filled within 20min, ours was called in at 9:30am. Service is horrible at the Truckee CVS, will not go back and will go to Riteaid or Safeway.
